BIOGRAPHY

Jesse Rocha is the Vice President of Operations at Alliance Technical Group, an environmental professional with over 34 years of experience conducting and managing source performance tests of various sizes and complexities. He has decades of experience testing multiple technologies, including those using thermal treatment.

Jesse began coordinating PFAS emissions testing in 2018 using precursor methods that evolved into EPA's guidance documents, OTM-45 and OTM-50. He oversees all operational aspects from Texas to the western United States while providing technical guidance for multiple PFAS testing projects nationwide.
